How far in advance do I need to reserve the stadium?
To rent the stadium, you must have an application in at least sixty (60) days in advance of the event.
Can I broadcast my event on TV / Internet?
The event cannot be broadcast without written consent of Lansing Entertainment & Public Facilities Authority.
Can I promote my event on the marquee system in front of the stadium?
The decision to promote the event on the marquee system is at the sole discretion of Lansing Entertainment & Public Facilities Authority. LEPFA can be reached at (517) 483-7400.
Do I need to have insurance to rent the stadium?
Yes. To rent the stadium you must have/maintain insurance for bodily injury and property damage liability insurance under a standard comprehensive general liability, policy, which shall provide coverage on all contractor's operations, loading and unloading operations and include coverage for collapse or explosion and specifically will cover any damage to the stadium turf. Proof of insurance must be supplied no later than five (5) days prior to event.
When can I open the gates to my event?
Gates will be open a minimum of one hour prior to scheduled event start time. Gates can be opened sooner, but security of the gates is the sole responsibility of the renter. |
